As Patriot Home was finishing up the construction of their model homes in Orlando and Davenport, FL they were in need of a website that would attract visitors from across the country who are searching for homes in sunny Florida. After exploring options various Orlando web design companies, Patriot select Digimix as their development partner because of our proven real estate industry experience and marketing driven approach. We worked closely with Patriot to gain an in depth understanding of their target market and competition. With their audience in mind, we designed a user experience which is comfortable for an older adult audience of people looking to buy homes for their retirement years in Florida. The website was developed with a custom WordPress content management system, providing Patriot Homes with the ability to easily add and update content.
Results
Patriot gained a 1900% increase in customer inquiries within the first 2 months of launching their Digimix site. Improvements in their web presence has attracted more interested home buyers and serves as a valuable resources throughout the sales process.
