There are many moving pieces in a performing arts company. To connect fans, productions and public relations, OS Opera need an engaging multifaceted digital communications platform. They where looking for a company that would understand their audience, and how to craft an experience that would not only draw them to the show, but engage them through out various touch points. The company needed to be creative, collaborative and able to create a user friendly cross platform experience by harnessing the power of desktop browsers and the accessibility of mobile.
After researching the best way to approach this project, the founders of OS Opera reached to Digimix for a face to face meeting. We learned about vision, their goals and their audience. We analyzed their situation, and created a strategy that clicked with their ambitions.
DigiMix guided OS Opera through a content strategy process, which served as the foundation for an exceptional cross platform user experience. By combining the best of desktop and best of mobile features available using responsive web design, we developed a site that engage it’s visitors throughout the stages on their OS Opera experience.
